How do I know which service is right for me?

Can everything be done remotely?
Yes. We work with professionals across the United States by phone and video, and all materials are shared digitally.
Do you guarantee interviews or employment?
No. We help you get clear, credible, and focused. Hiring decisions belong to employers, and anyone who guarantees otherwise is not being straight with you.
Will you write experience I do not have?
No. We never fabricate titles, dates, employers, or credentials. Everything we write has to be true and defensible in an interview.
Pricing & billing
How does billing work?
Cap2Map™ is $14/month. Tired2Hired™ is $19/month. Gap2Hired™ has $0, $29, or $49/month tiers. Match2Hired™ is $49/month. Position2Hired™ starts at $497 and is scoped after a free consultation.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes, at any time. Your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not billed again.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscriptions are refundable within 7 days of a first payment if you have not used the member materials. Professional services are refundable for work not yet started. Full detail is on the refunds page.
What will appear on my card statement?
Payments appear as CLEAR2CAREER.
Consultations
Is the consultation free?
Yes. The positioning consultation is 45 minutes at no charge, with no obligation to continue.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Yes. The confirmation page we send you has reschedule and cancel buttons, and you can use them any time before the appointment.
Do I need to send my resume before the call?
It helps but it is optional. You can attach it when you book, and it stays private to your strategist.
