Who we are

Clear2Career™ provides career clarity, positioning, and job search support to professionals in the United States. These terms apply whenever you use this site, subscribe to a membership, book a consultation, or engage a professional service.

Subscriptions

Memberships renew automatically at the price shown when you subscribe — monthly or yearly — until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.

If we change a price, existing members are told before the change applies to their renewal.

Professional services

Professional positioning is scoped in writing after your free consultation. Pricing starts at $497 and depends on scope. Nothing is charged until you approve the scope.

Delivery depends on you supplying accurate information and responding within the timeline agreed. Long delays on your side may require rescheduling.

Appointments

You can reschedule or cancel from the private link on your booking confirmation. Please give as much notice as you can so the time can be offered to someone else.

Repeated no-shows may mean we decline further bookings.

What we do not promise

We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, salary outcomes, or employment. Hiring decisions are made by employers.

We do not fabricate experience, titles, dates, employers, or credentials, and we will not present anything untrue on your behalf.

We do not apply to jobs for you or represent you to employers as an agency.

Your responsibilities

Give us accurate information about your history and goals. Everything we produce is built on what you tell us.

Keep your account credentials private. Membership access is for you personally and may not be shared or resold.

Materials we create for you are for your own career use. Member content, templates, and frameworks remain our intellectual property.

Liability

The service is provided on a reasonable-effort basis. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and ending the relationship

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date, and continued use means you accept them.

We may suspend or end access for abuse, non-payment, or misuse of member materials.
